We want you to be fully satisfied with your Deftones Official Merchandise; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
